Growth Analytics Lead
Our Client are looking for a data-driven Growth Analytics Lead to accelerate our product-led growth journey. You will be the bridge between data and action, turning insights into experiments that drive real business impact.
This is not your typical analytics role. We need someone who gets excited about product-led growth, loves running experiments, and can influence teams across the business with compelling data stories.
The role covers three key areas:
Drive Growth Through Data & Experimentation (60%)
- Design and run A/B tests across our product funnel (acquisition activation retention)
- Build the experimentation framework and teach others how to think in hypotheses
- Analyse user behaviour to identify the "aha moments" that convert free users to paying customers
- Own the growth metrics dashboard - making data accessible to everyone
Be the Product-Led Growth Expert (25%)
- Partner with product and engineering to optimise our self-serve experience
- Identify friction points in user journeys and prioritise fixes based on impact
- Build attribution models that actually tell us where growth is coming from
- Champion data-driven decision making (no more "I think" - now it's "the data shows")
Lead & Influence (15%)
- Manage and develop one analyst - helping them grow while staying hands-on yourself
- Present insights to leadership in a way that drives action, not just nods
- Train teams on analytics tools and statistical thinking
Applicants must have:
- 3-5 years in growth/product analytics (preferably in SaaS or product-led companies)
- Proven track record of running successful A/B tests and experiments
- Strong SQL skills - you'll be writing queries daily
- Strong analytical experience (GA4, HubSpot, Looker/Data Studio)
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.)
- The ability to easily explain statistical significance
- Experience working with marketing teams on acquisition and activation
- Understanding of how AI can accelerate PLG
- Experience at a PLG company would be a desirable although not essential.
