Senior Legal Counsel (UK) – Global Technology Company

A fast-growing global technology business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (UK) to support its expanding EMEA operations.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role advising on a wide range of commercial, SaaS licensing, corporate and privacy matters , working closely with business and product teams across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years’ PQE gained in both private practice and in-house environments, with strong experience negotiating complex B2B and technology contracts.

You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative culture, confident building trust with sales and commercial teams and comfortable “rolling up your sleeves” to deliver practical solutions.
