Job Description \n Kirtana consulting is looking for Workday Architect for 6months rolling contract in London. \n Job description: \n Role Title: Workday Architect \n Minimum years of experience: 8 \n Job Description: \n - Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges, use cases, and process requirements. \n - Design future-state business processes utilizing Workday Financials capabilities and best practices. \n - Assess and advise what can and cannot be achieved within Workday Financials. \n - Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions. \n - Provide architectural guidance for migration of processes from Legacy systems to Workday. \n - Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Business, and IT stakeholders to define solution strategies. \n - Recommend alternative approaches when standard Workday functionality does not meet business needs. \n - Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with Workday architecture, governance, and long-term business objectives. \n - Act as a trusted advisor and SME for Workday Financials transformation initiatives.
