Job description:

Role Title: Workday Architect

Minimum years of experience: 8

Job Description:

- Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges, use cases, and process requirements.

- Design future-state business processes utilizing Workday Financials capabilities and best practices.

- Assess and advise what can and cannot be achieved within Workday Financials.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions.

- Provide architectural guidance for migration of processes from Legacy systems to Workday.

- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Business, and IT stakeholders to define solution strategies.

- Recommend alternative approaches when standard Workday functionality does not meet business needs.

- Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with Workday architecture, governance, and long-term business objectives.

- Act as a trusted advisor and SME for Workday Financials transformation initiatives.
