Job Description:

• Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges, use cases, and process requirements.
• Design future-state business processes utilizing Workday Financials capabilities and best practices.
• Assess and advise what can and cannot be achieved within Workday Financials.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance for migration of processes from Legacy systems to Workday.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Business, and IT stakeholders to define solution strategies.
• Recommend alternative approaches when standard Workday functionality does not meet business needs.
• Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with Workday architecture, governance, and long-term business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor and SME for Workday Financials transformation initiatives.
