Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the London office
Salary: £45,000 base + £43,700 commission (OTE £88,700)
Contract: Permanent, full-time

As a BDM, you’ll be working closely with a supportive leadership team, receiving warm leads from SDRs and marketing activity, while also building your own pipeline. This role offers the autonomy to own your vertical market, the support to sharpen your skills with regular training, and the chance to earn exceptional rewards.
You'll be setup for success - whilst you need the drive to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospects (200 - 1,000 employees).
- Running engaging product demonstrations and tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Collaborating with SDRs, marketing, and product teams to maximise opportunities.
- Delivering compelling proposals and negotiating contracts with confidence.
- Owning your vertical market and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Tracking activity and results in CRM, reporting pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to add value and credibility in client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- A proven track record of B2B sales success (ideally in tech, SaaS, or data/analytics).
- Strong communication and presentation skills - able to engage C-suite audiences.
- Confidence with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Understanding of data-driven solutions (analytics, AI, automation) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage a pipeline, meet KPIs, and consistently hit targets.
