Sales Manager (Salesforce and Cloud Technologies)

Location: UK based within proximity to travel to London

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Circa £72,000 base + OTE up to £120,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

The Opportunity

As Sales Manager, you'll spearhead the full sales cycle—identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across a diverse client landscape. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical specialists, and Salesforce account executives to position the consultancy as the go-to partner for digital transformation.

This is your chance to shape sales strategy, build key relationships, and make a tangible impact within a scaling, entrepreneurial organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build senior-level relationships across enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Conduct discovery to understand client challenges and align tailored solutions
  • Deliver compelling proposals, demos, and commercial presentations
  • Maintain an accurate, high-quality sales pipeline and meet/exceed targets
  • Collaborate closely with delivery/technical teams for seamless project handover
  • Contribute to sales process improvements, forecasting, and best practices

Essential:

  • Proven success selling Salesforce services/solutions in a Service Sales background, not Product sales.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its commercial value
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisational skills, and pipeline discipline
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first setting

If you're ready to step into a pivotal role and drive growth within a thriving Salesforce consultancy, we'd love to hear from you.
