About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced ERP Finance Systems Specialist to join our clients growing global ERP team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for ERP and finance system support , resolving user issues efficiently and maintaining high service standards.
• Support and maintain the ERP system, with a focus on the Accounting and CRM areas.
• Assist with system configuration, upgrades, and integration projects , ensuring minimal downtime and smooth rollouts.
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to improve workflows and enhance system usage.
• Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials , and deliver training sessions where needed.
• Liaise with software vendors and external consultants to troubleshoot issues and implement new functionality.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting or maintaining an ERP or finance system.
• A solid understanding of accounting processes and financial data flows .
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Collaborative and proactive, with an interest in driving system improvements.
