Senior Game Analyst

Lab8 has partnered with a mobile studio in London, who are on the look for a Senior Game Analyst. Someone who is a strong team player and clear communicator who can translate complex data and ideas into language that makes sense for different audiences.

Requirements:

• Collaborate closely with game teams to enable data-driven decisions
• Build statistical models to analyse user behavior, forecast outcomes, and automate workflows
• Own and refine game performance forecasts, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
• Drive measurable improvements through impactful analysis
• Experienced in A/B testing and experimentation
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and Excel
• Mobile games experience

Bonus points:

• Build and deploy statistical and machine learning models
• Produce regular game performance forecasts to support FP&A planning
• Analyse marketing and performance marketing data to inform strategy
• Experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, and Looker
