Salesforce Developer

We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the technical vision, governance, and design of our clients Salesforce ecosystem. This role would be ideal for a developer looking to move into a development role with an element of Architecture. Ideally you will have experience with CPQ and LWC.

Responsibilities

• Act as the architectural authority for Salesforce, guiding internal teams and collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and the Salesforce community.

• Define and enforce architecture principles, governance frameworks, and development standards, ensuring platform consistency and best practices.

• Support on solution design workshops and technical discovery sessions, translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions.

• Develop and maintain the Salesforce architecture roadmap, aligning with enterprise priorities and future Salesforce capabilities such as AI, MuleSoft, and Tableau.

• Oversee enterprise integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data and process flow.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and governance policies.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales (including CPQ), Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds.

• Strong technical expertise in Apex (including FFLib), Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Flow Builder, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).

• Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, performance optimization, and data modeling.

• Proven experience leading complex Salesforce projects and aligning technical solutions to business outcomes.

• Knowledge of integration design, relational database modeling, web services, and data migration techniques.

The role will be fully remote.
