Salesforce Product Manager

Salesforce Manager role with a global FMCG group. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll take full ownership of a brand-new Salesforce platform and shape how it's used across multiple markets and brands.

The role sits at the centre of the business, partnering with Commercial, Customer Operations, and IT to drive adoption and make Salesforce the heartbeat of operations. It's based in London , with opportunities for international travel to connect with the wider commercial teams.

Your impact will cover:

• Operational leadership keeping Salesforce running smoothly and seamlessly
• Salesforce expertise being the go-to admin and product lead, aligning CRM with end-to-end processes
• Process integration embedding workflows into Salesforce to boost collaboration and efficiency
• Reporting & dashboards building insights that track and drive commercial performance
• KPI management setting, monitoring, and improving performance measures
• Master data ownership safeguarding CRM data accuracy and quality
• Collaboration linking Salesforce with ERP and other systems
• Training & advocacy championing adoption and upskilling users to unlock Salesforce's potential

They're looking for someone with proven Salesforce CRM experience, ideally with Admin certification , and a background in product management. You should have hands-on experience, strong communication skills to influence both execs and end users, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
