I'm searching for a ServiceNow Developer to join an ambitious digital transformation team working on next-generation Customer, Technology, and Employee Experience initiatives. If you enjoy creating smart workflow applications and polished front-end experiences that genuinely elevate how users interact with services, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll collaborate with senior architects and multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver high-value ServiceNow solutions across HR, IT, and Customer domains, leveraging the latest capabilities, including Gen AI, Now Assist, and Workflow Data Fabric.

What we're looking for:

Strong, hands-on ServiceNow development experience (CSM, ITSM, HRSD, etc.)

Solid front-end skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

Experience creating dashboards & workflows via UI Builder or Service Portal

Understanding of integrations using Flow Designer or IntegrationHub

A good grasp of user journeys, personalisation, and UX best practices

Security Requirement:

Applicants must be based in the UK and eligible for SC clearance, including 5 years of continuous UK residency.
