The Opportunity

We are working with a leading consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Platform Architect (ServiceNow) to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes for international clients.

This is a strategic architecture and consulting role, working with C-suite executives, Enterprise Architects and senior technology teams to define platform strategies, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.

The role is fully remote, and candidates can be based anywhere in Europe. Applicants must speak English and at least one of the following languages: Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Portuguese, German or French.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture and transformation engagements.

• Define platform strategies, solution blueprints and architectural roadmaps.

• Advise senior stakeholders and influence key technical decisions.

• Establish platform architecture, governance and operating models.

• Drive platform modernisation, best practice and technical debt reduction.

• Provide expertise across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, CSM and ITOM.

• Support pre-sales, solution design, estimations and proposals.

• Lead integration strategy, APIs, automation and enterprise design patterns.

• Champion AI adoption and innovation across ServiceNow programmes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years' experience across ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture, Consulting or Digital Transformation.

• Strong management or technology consulting background.

• Proven experience leading large-scale architecture and transformation programmes.

• Confident engaging and influencing C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.

• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture and governance experience.

• Experience with AI, automation and business process improvement.

• Fluent English and at least one additional language: Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Portuguese, German or French.

Technical & Functional Expertise

Experience across a range of the following:

• ServiceNow Platform and Enterprise Architecture

• ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CSM and ITOM

• CMDB/CSDM

• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

• REST and SOAP APIs

• Discovery and Service Mapping

• Instance Strategy, Governance and Platform Performance

Preferred Certifications & Experience

• ServiceNow CTA, CMA or other professional certifications.

• ITIL, TOGAF, Azure, AWS or GCP certifications.

• Experience in ITOM, HR transformation, AI governance, regulatory compliance or cloud transformation.

Working Arrangements
