To help you hit the ground running, well guarantee a monthly income for your first 3 months. If you meet your agreed activity and sales targets, youll get paid, whether commission has landed or not.

As a self-employed Field Sales Consultant, you will help small businesses understand the benefits of Lopay, supporting them through registration, onboarding, and getting live with card payments quickly.
To support you while you build your pipeline, Lopay offers a guaranteed minimum payment of £2,000 per month for your first three full months, subject to achieving realistic and fair sale targets. If your earned commissions exceed £2,000 in any of these months, you will receive the higher amount.
If you do not meet the expected activity or signed customer numbers in a month, you will still receive any commission relating to customers signed during that period.
This role is national, but you will focus on your local area, building relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.

• Identifying and approaching small and medium-sized businesses in your local area
• Running in-person meetings and product demos to show how Lopay works in real time
• Registering new customers and getting them up and running with Lopay in just minutes
• Clearly communicating our benefits: low fees, no fixed contracts, and fast payouts
• Introducing customers to the Lopay Rewards Visa card so they can spend instantly and earn up to 50% cashback with fee-free processing
• Building and managing your own pipeline of leads through outreach, referrals, and networking
• Logging your activity and meetings into a sales tracker
• Closing deals confidently and consistently, with support and guidance from our team

• Youve got experience in field sales, ideally within retail, hospitality, payments, or ePOS, preferred but not essential
• Youre motivated by targets, confident working on commission, and love a challenge
• Youre professional, approachable, and good at building trust with small business owners
• You work well independently but also like being part of something bigger
• You know your local area and enjoy getting out and meeting people face to face
• You have the right to work in the UK or are a UK resident

• **Guaranteed monthly earnings for your first 3 months**, so you can build your pipeline with confidence. If you meet the expected activity and customer numbers, youll receive a minimum payment of £2,000 per month. If your earned commission exceeds this amount, youll receive the higher figure.
