Exciting Opportunity: Project Manager Are you a skilled professional with a passion for governance and change management? This company is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving organisational success.

About the Role As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company's change governance framework (LOAD) and serving as the primary point of contact with the Digital Assurance Office. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all change initiatives comply with the LOAD framework, enabling the delivery of value-driven transformations.Key responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

  • Maintaining and continuously improving the LOAD framework to align with the company's evolving needs and industry best practices
  • Providing guidance and support to the Change Labs and other business units to ensure the successful implementation of the LOAD framework
  • Overseeing the management and facilitation of governance forums, capturing actions, and tracking change initiatives
  • Developing and managing reporting to inform decision-making on change initiatives, from submission to closure
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster a joined-up approach to change delivery
  • Delivering training and workshops to promote the understanding and adoption of the LOAD framework across the organisation

Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Certification and demonstrable experience in Agile Methodology or another Project Management methodology, or Certification and demonstrable experience in auditing of Compliance of Change projects
  • Proven experience in performing delivery/operational roles, including risk management, change management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collate, analyse, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Desirable: Understanding of the justice system in Scotland and awareness of Digital First Service Standards, Government Digital Services (GDS), and the Scottish Approach to Service Design
