As the Tech Services Manager, you will be integral to an expansive tech globalisation strategy and get to get experience the complete Security, Risk, incident management, exciting optimisation and service efficiency projects and owning service management

About the Role

As the Tech Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Public Cloud infrastructure services are provided successful and consistently to service contract and operational requirements. This includes ensuring that all services meet the agreed SLAs and KPIs, as well as acting as the primary escalation point for any service delivery issues.

Key responsibilities of the Tech Service Manager - Public Cloud role include:

  • Owning the service management and oversight of the company's public cloud supplier portfolio
  • Coordinating with various tech and non-tech teams to ensure seamless cloud operations
  • Monitoring the performance and health of the public cloud services, optimising efficiency and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Overseeing incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and preventative measures
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory security standards for the public cloud infrastructure
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for the Tech Service Manager - Public Cloud role will have:

  • Extensive experience in service management, with a strong understanding of public cloud technologies and operations. We do not need hands-on cloud experience.
  • Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers with the confidence to challenge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information to senior leadership
  • Proven track record in incident and problem management, as well as risk and compliance oversight
