Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
You will be accountable for delivering all contractual service obligations, including SLAs, reporting, the Service Development Plan, Operational Risk Register, and Monthly Service Reviews.
You will take ownership of the in-life service relationship with key customer stakeholders and ensure an exceptional end-to-end service experience. You will drive operational team performance to meet service delivery goals, while leading continuous improvement and service development initiatives.
Your focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), engaging with third-party suppliers, safeguarding existing revenue, mitigating churn risks, and maintaining strong alignment with customer sales teams to support ongoing service excellence.
What youll bring?
You demonstrate strong business expertise and customer intimacy, with a clear understanding of market challenges and the ability to confidently discuss M Group/Supplier solutions. You're skilled in risk management and cross-functional collaboration. You lead meetings, engage stakeholders, analyze performance trends, and manage escalations. You promote continual service improvement and contribute to broader service initiatives. You build senior-level relationships, influence outcomes, and share best practices. ITIL certified, with experience in regulated industries; PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma, and APM are desirable.
