About the Role:Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships while driving revenue growth. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships, understanding client goals, and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through our products and services. This includes managing the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and onboarding to account growth and ongoing support.

Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you will advocate for your clients, resolve issues quickly, and help shape solutions that align with their business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple accounts, and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure high retention rates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate account information in CRM systems

About You:

  • Prior experience in a Account Manager function for a Saas business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working across multiple verticals, ideally including manufacturing
  • Confident cold caller with a structured, strategic approach
  • Comfortable selling to both operational managers and C-level executives
  • Proficient in CRM systems
  • Experience with Real-Time monitoring technology and software would be a plus
