2nd Line Support Analyst
Our client, a globally recognised software provider, are looking to appoint a 2nd Line Support Analyst as a contractor in their transport division as a result of an increase in expected workload.
The duties will include providing 2nd line remote technical support a range of ticketing products and will work on MDM Software, Android, MySQL administration, AWS & remote software patching amongst other duties.
The successful candidate will possess strong remote support experience and will be able to demonstrate competency with a range of technical tools. Critically, the candidate will be dedicated to delivering a first class service to users, being responsible & knowledgeable and ultimately representing the support team positively.

Please note this role requires 2 days per week on site in Beeston & will have varying shift patterns including an expectation to work one weekend per month.
