Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + Excellent Benefits

About the Role

Our customer, a well-established organisation based in London, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator to support, enhance, and optimise their Salesforce environment. You will be the go-to expert for managing Service Cloud functionality, improving service operations, and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on configuration, problem solving, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrator for the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
  • Manage day-to-day configuration including workflows, flows, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, custom objects, and automations.
  • Maintain and optimise Case Management processes to support service teams.
  • Perform data management tasks including data loads, cleansing, and quality monitoring.
  • Support user adoption, deliver training, and create documentation.
  • Implement and manage integrations and third-party tools connected to Salesforce.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage release cycles.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Assist with ongoing system improvements, enhancements, and new feature deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally focused on Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of key Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Email-to-Case.
  • Proficiency with Flows, automation tools, and declarative development.
  • Confident with data management using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting a wide user base in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Additional certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator) beneficial.
