Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Manager Overview

Join a leading global consultancy delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programmes. We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce Architect to design and implement innovative customer engagement, AI, and data-driven solutions across complex enterprise environments.

The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Manager, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
• Define scalable data models, integration strategies, and architecture frameworks.
• Deliver end-to-end projects from discovery and design through to deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Lead workshops, provide technical direction, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered capabilities, automation, and customer engagement solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage architecture workstreams on large-scale transformation programmes.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Commerce Cloud.
• Expertise in customer data modelling, cross-cloud integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data warehouses.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes.

Certifications

Required:

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder

Preferred:

• SOQL and Apex experience
• Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React)
