Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and driven Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and a strong understanding of business processes and data integration.

Experience Level

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps tailored to business needs.
• Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Design and manage data models in Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources.
• Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party services via connectors and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection policies.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing apps.
• Document technical specifications and provide user training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong command of Power Fx and formula-based logic.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors.
• Understanding of role-based security, environment management, and DLP policies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI and embedding dashboards.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise-level application development and deployment.
