Our client is seeking a Technical Consultant - Data Migration to support a large-scale HR transformation programme within the technology sector. This contract role offers flexible, global working and focuses on delivering accurate, high-quality data migration into target systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop data migration workflows and automation solutionsBuild and maintain data extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation processesDevelop data cleansing reports and periodic Data Quality Reports (DQRs)Monitor data quality metrics, identify defects and support remediation activitiesSupport data extraction from SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, legacy HR systems and third-party applicationsValidate data for completeness, accuracy and consistency across migration cyclesSupport mock loads, testing, cutover activities and production migrationsPrepare technical documentation, validation evidence and reporting for business sign-offJob Requirements: Experience in data migration, data conversion or system implementation projectsStrong SQL, data analysis and reporting skillsExperience with ETL, workflow or data integration toolsStrong understanding of data quality management, validation and reconciliationAdvanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse large datasetsExcellent analytical, technical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skillsExperience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HR systems would be advantageousKnowledge of Alteryx, Power BI or similar reporting and automation tools would be beneficialKey Competencies: Data quality management and workflow developmentData validation and reconciliationTechnical problem-solving and continuous improvementStakeholder management and communicationPlanning, delivery focus and strong attention to detailUnderstanding of HR data structures and governance processesIf you have experience in data migration and are ready to support a global HR transformation programme, apply now for this Technical Consultant - Data Migration contract opportunity.
