• Leading SEO strategy and delivery for a diverse client portfolio
• Managing and mentoring junior SEOs and supporting their development
• Conducting on-site audits and leading technical SEO improvements
• Driving results across content, analytics, CRO and conversion strategy
• Collaborating closely with internal teams including content, PR and dev

• This role can be remote, with travel to the Sussex office around once a month
• If you're based nearby, you'll ideally work hybrid 2-3 days a week
• You’ll work with SMEs, not global corporates
• You’ll make a real, measurable impact
