FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a leading organisation in the Technology & Telecoms industry based in Oxford. This role requires strong expertise in financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

Description

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports to aid strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
• Monitor and analyse key financial metrics to identify trends and variances.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by senior management.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

• A strong background in financial planning and analysis within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and financial regulations.
• The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
