Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support a major transformation programme by leading discovery, requirements gathering and process improvement activities across business and technology teams. You will play a key role in defining future-state processes, supporting systems integration and helping deliver strategic change.

Description

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering activities across business and technology teams.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements and process documentation.
• Analyse and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Define integration requirements, data flows and system interactions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and third-party suppliers.
• Support solution design, testing, business readiness and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies and impacts across programme workstreams.
• Contribute to business analysis governance, standards and best practices.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with business process mapping, requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Knowledge of systems integration, data flows and enterprise applications.
• Experience delivering across the full project lifecycle from discovery to implementation.
• Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience.
• Experience within retail, commercial, CRM, ERP or digital transformation environments desirable.
• Exposure to Target Operating Models (TOMs), systems integration or data migration initiatives advantageous.

Job Offer

• Business Analyst assignment based in London.
• Daily rate of £400 to £550, dependent on the level of experience.
