Computer Science Teacher

Moore Teachers is working with a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school seeking an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to teach across the full secondary age range and inspire students to develop their digital, programming, and computational thinking skills.

The role:

• Teaching Computer Science across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
• Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons
• Supporting students in developing coding, programming, and problem-solving skills
• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking student progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contributing to the wider success of the Computing department

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Computer Science within a secondary setting
• Be confident teaching across KS3 to KS5
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for technology
• Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be committed to helping students achieve their full potential
