Application Support Lead
My Higher Education client based in East Sussex are looking for an Application Support Lead for a new opportunity to join an evergrowing and busy team.
Working in a department with one direct line report, you will be responsible for assisting with support tickets and queries that come up in regards to a number of the organisations bespoke applications. The organisation uses Jira for their support tickets.
Ideally having worked in Education in the past with experience of working in high ticket environments, you must have experience in supporting applications on a service desk n areas such as
-Student Record Systems (ideally Unite or similar)
-Leaning management platforms
-Timetabling Systems (ideally Celcat or similar)
-Asset Management
-Safeguarding platforms
You must also have
-Line management experience in a technical role
-Strong troubleshooting Skills
-SQL would be also advantageous
