Job Title: Housing System Consultant

Location: Primarily remote with some travel to London required

About the Role:

Join a leading organization focused on transformative housing solutions. This role involves designing housing systems and data architecture to support a brand new direct housing service, scaling to 100 homes over three years. You'll help deliver a minimum viable systems design, resolve reporting data flows, and set a three-year roadmap, all while working within existing governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design systems-of-record for housing, case, and asset management.
• Develop a scalable roadmap for housing systems.
• Provide guidance on procure-vs-build decisions for housing management systems.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with housing management systems.
• Strong solution architecture and data literacy skills.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration is a plus.

Education:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Experience with small or scaling landlords or housing associations.
• Expertise in evaluating third-party housing management solutions.
