Are you a confident, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and relationship building?

Our fast-growing IT client is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Account Manager to manage customer accounts, develop business opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer accounts and relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and process orders.
• Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with internal departments.
• Support Business Development Managers in achieving sales objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English and Russian or another Eastern European language.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Strong time management and numerical skills.
• Previous sales or account management experience is advantageous.
