Due to the success of ourHospitalityand VIP function, we are seeking an ambitious and driven senior manager to take it to the next level. The position will lead a department which is being expanded from the current single individual to a team of three, working to maximise the profitability of this area of business. Title - Head of Hospitality and VIP Job Purpose

To lead the Hospitality and VIP team at KMJ, taking full ownership and strategic responsibility for the business function; working in partnership with our delivery partner to lead the design, delivery, and commercial success of all VIP and hospitality packages across tours, shows, and festivals; ensuring top quality end-to-end customer experience and maximising sales performance.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the long-term commercial strategy for Hospitality and VIP across tours, shows, and festivals.
  • Take full P&L ownership, including budgeting and forecasting, and reporting to the senior leadership team.
  • Develop new revenue streams, including hotel/travel packages, brand partnerships, and corporate hospitality opportunities.
  • Benchmark KMJ's offering against industry leaders in live entertainment, sport, and luxury hospitality to maintain a best-in-class proposition.
  • Oversee the design of compelling VIP and hospitality packages, tailored to diverse audiences from individuals to corporate clients.
  • Ensure every hospitality offering reflects KMJ's brand standards while maximising revenue and enhancing customer value.
  • Work with our exclusive hospitality and premium partner to innovate and expand premium opportunities, while also exploring non-exclusive ventures.
  • Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with key partners, sponsors, venues, luxury brands, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate favourable commercial terms with external partners and suppliers to optimise profitability.
  • Alongside our partner oversee the delivery of an exceptional end-to-end customer journey for VIP guests, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to the Hospitality and VIP team. Setting objectives and mentoring team members.
  • Represent KMJ as the senior face of hospitality and VIP, internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Significant experience in commercial strategy and revenue growth within hospitality, VIP, luxury, or premium customer markets (e.g. live entertainment, sport, corporate hospitality).
  • A proven track record in developing and monetising premium propositions and negotiating high-value partnerships.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing a P&L.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills at senior and corporate level.
  • Strategic vision combined with the leadership skills to deliver through a team.
  • A passion for live entertainment and creating memorable, best-in-class customer experiences

Hybrid working (minimum four days per week in the Brighton office)
