Trainee Tech Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + Commission (OTE £50k+)

Role Overview

We are seeking proactive graduates to join as Graduate Resourcers, working closely with the Managing Director in a focused, small-office environment. This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment processes, supporting business growth in a high-impact setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for current recruitment briefs
• Manage job mandates efficiently and accurately
• Support client-focused consultants and business development efforts
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven office culture

Career Development

• Initial focus on candidate sourcing and delivery within a 180 role
• Opportunities to progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Business Development role
• Potential for long-term growth, including leadership and equity options

Working Conditions

• Monday to Thursday: Full workdays in a focused, performance-oriented environment
• Friday: Day off or half day depending on targets (3 day weekend!)
• Dress Code: Smart casual
