Trainee Tech Recruitment Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking proactive graduates to join as Graduate Resourcers, working closely with the Managing Director in a focused, small-office environment. This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment processes, supporting business growth in a high-impact setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for current recruitment briefs
- Manage job mandates efficiently and accurately
- Support client-focused consultants and business development efforts
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven office culture
Career Development
- Initial focus on candidate sourcing and delivery within a 180 role
- Opportunities to progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Business Development role
- Potential for long-term growth, including leadership and equity options
Working Conditions
- Monday to Thursday: Full workdays in a focused, performance-oriented environment
- Friday: Day off or half day depending on targets (3 day weekend!)
