£70,000 Base + £40,000 Commission + Benefits
This is an exciting Enterprise Account Executive opportunity to join a growing technology business operating within the IoT, connectivity, and critical infrastructure space, delivering software and monitoring solutions to enterprise retail and hospitality customers.
The Enterprise Account Executive will focus purely on new business development, driving enterprise sales growth across large multi-site organisations within the retail and hospitality sectors. As Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new enterprise customers, positioning the business’s IoT and dispatch monitoring platform solutions to key decision-makers. The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure. Working closely with an internal Business Development Representative, the Enterprise Account Executive will focus on building a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and securing new logo business across complex customer environments. As Enterprise Account Executive, you will engage with senior stakeholders across enterprise retail and hospitality organisations, positioning the business as a trusted technology partner within operational monitoring, connectivity, and software-led infrastructure solutions.
Key Skills as Enterprise Account Executive:
- 3+ years’ experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles within SaaS, Software, System Integrators, IoT, Connectivity, Retail Technology, Hospitality Technology, or related B2B technology environments.
- Proven experience generating and winning new business within enterprise or multi-site customer environments.
- Strong track record of outbound sales, pipeline generation, and enterprise opportunity development.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable operating within target-driven, new business-focused sales environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to position technology and software solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience selling into retail or hospitality environments would be advantageous.
