Job Summary: As a GenAI Content Developer, you are at the forefront of emerging Graph and AI technologies. Your job is to experiment with integrations that show the power of Graph technologies when paired with LLMs, Agents, MCP servers, and all of the latest AI technology. Share your knowledge with the world through blogs, open source prototypes, and presentations at AI events. And join a team of active and passionate developer advocates, content developers, and community managers who are building a passion for Graph technology.
Key Responsibilities
GenAI Content Development:
  • Experiment with the latest Graph and AI technologies.
  • Create open source projects and demos to showcase integrations.
  • Regular rhythm of technical blogs on Graph and AI technology.
AI Engagement
  • Build and nurture relationships with GenAI bloggers and luminaries.
  • Act as a trusted resource and advocate for AI Engineers, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the AI community through forums, social media, and other channels.
Product Knowledge And Expertise
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
  • Use product knowledge to provide valuable insights and support to AI Engineers.
Developer Support
  • Provide technical support to developers, helping them overcome challenges and issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and resources to aid developers.
  • Offer hands-on assistance and guidance to developers during product integration.
Advocacy And Feedback
  • Serve as the voice of AI Engineers within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  • Provide actionable feedback and insights from the AI community to influence product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the developer experience for new AI products and features.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a senior researcher, software developer, or a related technical role.
  • Technical understanding of the latest GenAI technologies, frameworks, and standards.
  • Strong contributions to personal and/or professional open source projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with developer tools, APIs, and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Empathy for developers and their needs.
  • Passion for technology and developer communities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
