Infrastructure Engineer (Citrix And VMware)
Network IT is currently recruiting for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Citrix and VMware) to support our client across a range of secure platforms and infrastructure technologies.
Working alongside an established technical team, you will support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across VMware, Citrix, Linux and Windows environments, delivering both BAU operations and project activities while ensuring services remain reliable, secure and performant.
Please note that this is a DV Cleared role. Due to the timescales for this, Network IT suggests that active DV clearance is strongly preferable.
Role: Infrastructure Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £600 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes
Working Practice: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite (Non negotiable)

Key Responsibilities, Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience with VMware, including configuration, updates and NSX.
- Previous experience of working with Citrix infrastructure.
- Experience with Linux / Debian, including scripting, updates, migrations and general support.
- Experience with Windows / WINTEL management, including PKI, IDAM, RBAC and PowerShell.
- Strong infrastructure troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
- Exposure to private and public cloud environments.
- Experience working with third party suppliers to support infrastructure services and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy operational environment, supporting multiple technology platforms.
- Active DV Clearance. Sole British National.
