Account Executive – HR Tech

They are now hiring an Account Executive to expand new business within mid-market organisations. This is a strong opportunity to join a respected employer with a forward-thinking outlook and a well-established platform for commercial success.

This is a hybrid role for candidates commutable to Nottingham 1x per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and progress a strong pipeline of mid-market opportunities, ensuring consistent targets
• Lead prospects through a full consultative sales cycle
• Develop in-depth knowledge of product and market landscape, including trends, competitor activity, and emerging challenges
• Produce high-quality proposals and sales documentation
• Keep CRM records up-to-date to support accurate forecasting and visibility of pipeline performance
• Collaborate internally to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction

The Successful Candidate

• 3+ years SaaS sales experience
• New business closing experience is essential
• Experience selling HR Tech is preferable
• Knowledge of MEDDIC is advantageous
• Commutable to Nottingham 1x day per week

• Basic salary: Up to £70,000
