Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000

Neulinx have partnered with a global SaaS platform in the hospitality and travel space, who are

hiring an AI Engineer into a high-impact role.

The business is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading AI-driven SaaS companies, and a

standout performer within the hospitality technology space, and is now doubling down on

embedding AI across its product and engineering ecosystem.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a 45+ person engineering team and play a key role in shaping how AI, LLMs and

machine learning are integrated into a live, scaled platform.

This is not a research role. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll build, ship and see your work

used immediately by a global customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering AI-powered product features and workflows

• Working with LLMs in production, including prompt engineering and optimisation

• Building AI agents and advanced workflows

• Developing and integrating MCP services and API-driven AI interactions

• Embedding AI into core product functionality, integrations and internal systems

• Identifying and delivering practical AI use cases at scale

What They’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with LLMs in real-world applications

• Experience with either:

• AI agents, MCP services and advanced workflows, or

• ML / deep learning models (e.g. pricing, analytics)

• Strong engineering capability, ideally with Python and AWS

• Experience integrating AI into existing products or platforms

• A practical, delivery-focused mindset
