Are you a detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and business transformation? We're looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our client and play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting new projects aligned with their organisational goals.

As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments, assess systems and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions that drive measurable improvement. You'll also maintain accurate business documentation and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of current systems and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Perform SWOT and gap analyses to assess current versus desired operational states
  • Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements for proposed solutions
  • Recommend, scope, and design changes to improve productivity, compliance, and efficiency
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate business solutions
  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly business documentation, including:
    • Process maps
    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Business cases
    • Guides and reports
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and report on outcomes to ensure sustained improvement

About You:

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all business levels
  • Experience in producing clear, structured documentation and reports
  • Comfortable conducting workshops, interviews, and data analysis to gather insights
  • Knowledge of business improvement tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable
