We're working with a leading global consulting organisation that is continuing to expand its Microsoft Business Applications practice and is looking to appoint an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing consulting team delivering complex digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients across a range of industries, including retail, financial services, manufacturing, public sector and technology.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you'll lead solution design, shape transformation roadmaps and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions at scale.

The Role

As a D365 CE Solution Architect, you'll take ownership of end-to-end solution design, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, secure and commercially effective Microsoft solutions.

You'll work alongside project managers, technical architects, developers and client stakeholders, leading architecture discussions and providing technical leadership throughout the delivery life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions across enterprise-scale programmes
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and define solution roadmaps
• Produce high-level and low-level solution designs
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and third-party applications
• Provide technical leadership to development and delivery teams
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions and architecture reviews
• Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices, governance standards and security requirements
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals and client presentations where required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect
• Strong expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions and integrations
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET, Azure services and API-based architectures
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading architecture workshops and shaping solution strategy
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Eligible for SC Clearance

Desirable Experience

• Consulting or professional services background
• Experience across multiple industry sectors
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Azure certifications
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models
• Experience contributing to business development and pre-sales activities
