We're partnering with a highly respected Microsoft Partner that is continuing to grow its Dynamics 365 practice following a series of major project wins. As a result, they're looking to hire a Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their team of Microsoft specialists delivering cutting-edge solutions for customers across multiple industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a consulting environment, gaining exposure to a variety of projects, technologies and clients while developing their career within a well-established Microsoft ecosystem.

The Role

As a D365 CE Developer, you'll play a key role in the design, development and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, working closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants and clients to deliver successful digital transformation programmes.

You'll be involved throughout the project life cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to development, deployment and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications and solutions
• Design and build plugins, custom workflows and integrations using C# and .NET
• Develop solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and third-party applications
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Architects to deliver client requirements
• Participate in technical design workshops and solution reviews
• Support testing, deployment and post-go-live activities
• Contribute to development standards, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Commercial experience developing within Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET development
• Experience building custom plugins, workflows and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Azure services and integration patterns
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working within Agile environments

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner, consultancy or professional services organisation
• Exposure to Power Pages and Copilot capabilities
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Azure certifications
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects
