Product sales manager

If you thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and building strong internal and client relationships, this could be of interest to you.About the role: As a Product Sales Manager, you’ll act as the link between sales teams and the product division, combining technical understanding with commercial insight. This is a consultative role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to design solutions and pricing strategies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing technical solutions based on customer requirements and creating pricing strategies.
  • Acting as the interface between sales teams (primarily in Europe) and the product division.
  • Coordinating with supply chain, factory, and quality teams to meet customer deadlines.
  • Supporting global sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Managing customer relationships, pricing, margins, and contract terms.
  • Preparing technical, commercial, and pricing proposals for bids and quotes.
  • Communicating effectively with international teams across multiple time zones.
Experience / Skills We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of product knowledge and commercial awareness. Ideally, you’ll have:
  • Experience in product management within a technology-related industry or a strong background in sales/commercial environments.
  • Proven ability to work on pricing calculations and present proposals to customers.
  • Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and managing priorities.
  • Strong business awareness and understanding of commercial issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
