- Location: Corsham (primary), with presence in Northwood and hybrid working (2 -3 timed per week on site)
- Contract length: 6 months
- IR35: Inside
- Day rate: £550 - £600
- Security clearance: eligible for DV (Active SC is an advantage)
What you will be doing
- Developing enterprise architecture models and roadmaps that link technology strategy with business goals.
- Modelling business processes, data practices and organisational structures using best-practice methods.
- Organising and structuring large volumes of existing architectural information into clear, coherent models.
- Creating visual representations of workflows, processes and structures that stakeholders can easily understand.
- Explaining complex business and technical problems in clear, concise language and artefacts.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve model content, consistency and value across the organisation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across both business and technical domains.
Core skill set
- ArchiMate - strong, hands-on proficiency (essential).
- BiZZDesign Enterprise Studio - experience of actively using the tool to build and maintain architecture models (absolutely essential).
- Good knowledge of TOGAF and architecture best practice.
- Ability to interpret, rationalise and structure complex architectural data.
- Strong communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
- Experience with standard Microsoft tooling (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
- Familiarity with military systems or terminology is beneficial.
- Suitable for graduate-level candidates with solid modelling experience, as well as more experienced professionals.
