Key ResponsibilitiesLead the RBAC strategy, governance, roadmap and assurance.

Assure supplier RBAC design against security and architecture standards.

Ensure least privilege, segregation of duties, auditability and role lifecycle controls.

Work across business, security, architecture, data, testing and supplier teams. Identify and manage RBAC risks, issues, dependencies and exceptions.

Support access reviews, testing and future operational RBAC processes.

Challenge supplier designs and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Essential ExperienceStrong experience leading/assuring RBAC and access governance in complex enterprise environments.

Knowledge of IAM, least privilege, SoD, Secure by Design and access lifecycle management.

Strong supplier assurance and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate autonomously and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Oracle Fusion / ERP experience desirable.
