The Project Manager (Intelligent Health Capabilities) is a key member of the Digital Team of the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme.
The role will play akeyrole insupporting implementation of theHospital 2.0 vision foroptimalpatient care and community impact, whilst adhering to healthcareand technicalstandards. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to support thedigitaldesign ofa state-of-the-arthospital to provide high-quality patient care across a range of specialities.
Main duties of the job
Success in this role looks like working across the programme to provide Digital and Technicalmanagementto support the successful planning and delivery of theHinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme.
Workingwithin theHHRPDigital team, the Project Manager (Intelligent Health Capabilities) willassume responsibility for overseeing and co-ordinating components oftheDigitalProjectsultimately resultingin the delivery of49 Intelligent HospitalCapabilities that the New Hospital Programme has set out.
It will involveworking with key stakeholders, (technical advisors, project managers, and consultants) and strategically linking with other key roles within the Programme and other corporate roles acrossNorth WestAnglia NHS Foundation Trust.
Additionally, a central part of the role is to implement a robust quality assurance process to monitorthequality, safety, and complianceof all digital projects they are leading on.
The Project Manager will support thetechnical managementteamwithin the DigitalWorkstreamin planning timelines, the critical path, projectplan(s), actionlogand other aspects of theDigitalProgramme and,as such,maintainup to date and clear records of the programme.
The post holder shall be expected to demonstrate strongtechnical and digitalknowledgeand shallbe part of the teammanagingthe interface witha number ofthework streams within the New Hospital Programme.

Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the NHS in the acute sector.
Experience
- Experience of leading and managing programmes, with experience managing large Digital or Technical Projects or Programme of work in the healthcare sector
Knowledge
- Detailed knowledge and skills of Project Management fundamentals with regards to project planning, risk management and reporting
- Ability to understand and convey complex messages to a diverse audience at varying levels, including senior management, both within the Trust and in external organisations
- Knowledge and understanding of some of the technologies that sit within the Intelligent Hospital Capabilities categories of Fabric, Flow & Footprint
