Infrastructure Analyst

Infrastructure Analyst | 2 Days onsite per week in Redhill Surrey | £350-400 PAYE though us at Opus | Until the end of the financial year Key responsibilities:

• Someone known to Azure cloud environments
• Provide timely third-line response to escalations from the Service Delivery team, performing onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems.
• Plan and implement Infrastructure services upgrades, maintenance fixes and patches.
• Standardise deployment of infrastructure service configuration.
• Monitor and test system performance and provide statistics and reports.
• Recommend and undertake modifications to infrastructure service environments to improve security, efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Manage infrastructure services using system administration tools and access.
• Develop and maintain documentation/materials and records, including design, build, operation, and training.
• Participate in a standby rota to ensure the availability of critical infrastructure services 24 x 7.

We are also looking for:

• SC Cleared Eligibility
• PRINCE2 project governance & ITIL foundation certificate (desireable)
• Full UK Driving License
• Previous experience with Wintel
