ServiceNow Architect| ServiceNow AI | Public Sector | Remote

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with strong ServiceNow AI, ITSM and CSM experience to support the delivery and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions within a secure public sector environment.

The successful candidate will help implement and expand ServiceNow AI capabilities across the platform.

Must hold OR be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and design across ServiceNow platform initiatives.
• Define platform standards, governance frameworks and architectural guardrails.
• Support deployment of Now Assist and Virtual Agent solutions.
• Configure AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Assist with implementation of AI Control Tower capabilities.
• Build and optimise integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow AI capabilities across the platform.
• Support platform governance and AI compliance requirements.

Essential Experiene

• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within Public Sector environments.
• Hands-on expertise across ITSM and CSM modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Experience supporting or implmenting ServiceNow AI, Now Assist. Virtual Agents.
• Experience architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience defining governance models and technical standards.
