ServiceNow Engineer | ServiceNow AI | Public Sector | Remote

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Engineer to support the expansion of a large-scale ServiceNow platform within a public sector environment.

The role will focus on implementing ServiceNow AI solutions, enhancing user experiences and supporting the adoption of technologies including Now Assist, Virtual Agent and AI Control Tower.

Must hold OR be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow AI capabilities across ITSM, CSM and SPM.
• Implement and optimise ServiceNow Now Assist use cases.
• Develop and support ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions.
• Help identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement.
• Support the implementation of AI Control Tower and AI governance capabilities.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer and ServiceNow AI technologies.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and wider enterprise platforms using APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Contribute to governance, controls and best practices across the platform.

Essential Experience

• Strong experience across ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• ServiceNow AI implementation experience including Now Assist.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions.
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within complex enterprise environments.
