This company has scaled rapidly and continues to expand across new markets. As part of that growth, they’re hiring an exceptional Customer Account Executive to take ownership of strategic enterprise accounts — driving growth, retention, and expansion.

This is a commercially critical role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading commercial strategy and delivering measurable impact through both live education and SaaS OnDemand solutions. Hunter mentality and executor required!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention and expansion
  • Hunt New Business opportunities within the Enterprise client ecosystem
  • Lead commercial strategy and account planning across key enterprise relationships
  • Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Hunt in whitespace to build net-new business within assigned verticals
  • Manage end-to-end deal processes — from negotiation and pricing through to close
  • Partner closely with delivery teams to align programmes with strategic business goals
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, surfacing ROI and setting future direction
  • Track and forecast pipeline through CRM (HubSpot preferred)
  • Feed competitive intelligence and client insights into go-to-market strategy

Role Execution & Core Competencies

Execution Basics

  • End-to-End Ownership: You’ll own the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to post-sale expansion.
  • Pipeline Contribution: Drive measurable pipeline and ARR growth across new and existing accounts.
  • Relationship Builder: Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, and Delivery to execute effective GTM plays.
  • Autonomous Delivery: Operate with independence in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Core Competencies

  • Proven Sales Execution: Minimum 2+ years in B2B consultative sales or account management, ideally in SaaS or data/analytics.
  • Sales Mindset: Target-driven, pipeline-focused, and adept at converting conversations into revenue.
  • Resilience & Discipline: Tenacious under pressure, proactive in pursuit of targets, and highly self-motivated.
  • Commercial Acumen: Skilled negotiator who can build business cases and demonstrate ROI.
  • Confident Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with comfort operating at exec level.
  • Execution over Ideation: Bias for action — you make things happen.
  • Collaborative Ethos: Work effectively with peers across Marketing, Product, and Delivery to ensure client success.
  • Cultural Add: High energy, self-belief, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-growth scale-up.
