Are you an experienced Product Engineer looking to play a key role in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment?
We're seeking a proactive Product Engineer to support new product introductions, manage engineering changes, improve manufacturing processes, and provide technical support across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while working closely with customers, production, quality, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and BOMs.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Manage engineering changes and customer design updates.
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Investigate manufacturing issues and implement improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
- Support quality, compliance, and customer requirements.
- Experience within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience as a Product Engineer , Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, or NPI Engineer.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
- Engineering qualification (HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent).
