Repairs Operative

OA are looking for a repairs operative in the Harlow Area 

 Temp to Perm ongoing position - company has excellent benefits once you join their perm term 

Location: Harlow

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 7:30-16:30

Salary:  £12.30 p/h

Duties of a Inventory Management / Booking in/out : 

Booking In/Out Devices using Halo, GSPN and DPD portal
Customer Service - Answer Phone calls / Reply E-mails
Quote customers
Apply requests and escalations to contract provider
Separate In/Out Warranty devices and assign to Engineer
Extra ad Hoc support
Supporting with device repairs
